BJC HealthCare invites you to take care of your heart health. The Memorial Hospital-Shiloh is offering a FREE community heart health screening event at the O'Fallon Illinois YMCA that includes:
- Blood Pressure
- Cholesterol
- Glucose
- Personalized evaluation by a healthcare professional
Attendees will also have the opportunity to visit additional educational booths. YMCA membership is not required, all are welcome. Must be 18 or older.
