Enjoy time on our beautiful 360-acre private lake with seasonal water activities.
Enjoy the water at your leisure on canoes, funyaks, jon boats, kayaks, swimming, paddleboarding, sailboating, fishing or taking a tour on our pontoon boats. And don't forget to splash into the lake on our water slide or lake swing! Although some activities do require advanced sign-ups, many do not.

Swimming area
Guests 13 and under
- Must have a responsible adult present at the beach in order to participate in the swimming activities.
- Will be asked to take a swim test involving a 25-yard swim, 1 minute water tread, and safe exit via a ladder.
- Being unable to complete the test or opting out will restrict access to some of the swimming areas.
Guests 7 and under
- Will additionally need to have a responsible adult within arm's reach at all times while in the swimming area.

Pontoon Tour: A 25-minute tour around beautiful Sunnen Lake while you learn about the 5,200 acres of land and lake. Ages 8 and under must wear a life jacket, and children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
