The City of Saint Charles and the Gateway Region YMCA have approved a landmark cooperative agreement that advances the development of a new Recreation Center as part of the City Centre Complex (C3) project.

The Gateway Region YMCA is awarding two Gateway Region YMCA teens, Maxwell Anderson and Cara Rose Thomas, with the Sonnenberg and Sunnen Youth of the Year Scholarship.
