Yes! Although you select a primary YMCA location during signup, your membership grants you access to all Gateway Region YMCA facilities across Missouri and Illinois, as well as participating YMCAs nationwide through Nationwide Membership reciprocity.

Before your 12-month membership expires, we will send you a renewal reminder. You can choose to renew with another annual payment or transition to a monthly payment plan.
