Community Health & Well-Being

More than a workout. A place to belong.

At the Clinton County YMCA, staying healthy means more than exercise. With over half of its members being seniors, the Y provides a place for active older adults to build friendships, stay connected and find a sense of belonging.

Through senior exercise classes, chair yoga, personal training and monthly potlucks, members have opportunities to stay active and engaged. One 92-year-old member has been participating in personal training for more than a year, showing that it's never too late to invest in your health.

Support from Annual Campaign donors helps the Clinton County YMCA continue offering programs that promote physical, social and emotional well-being for people throughout the community.
